Which assessment is in your invitation?
Harver can combine different components for each role. Choose what your invitation names. If you are unsure, view all routes.
Cognitive test: choose the component
These five routes follow the tasks in Harver's public samples. Number series uses our existing sequence questions with six answer options; the other routes use the sample's response format. Your employer chooses the components.
1 test type
Situational Judgement Test
Harver describes role-specific video scenarios where you choose both the best and worst response. These written situations practise those two choices per role; not a copy of Harver's video or scoring.

Remember digits
Remember digits shown one at a time. Sequence length adapts to your answers.
Arrows and switching rules
Switch between the centre and outside arrows according to their colour.
Balloons and uncertainty
Pump balloons and decide when to bank points. Explore differences between colours.
Sharing and trust
Send game points to a computer partner and rate the resulting allocation.
Giving, taking and fairness
Rate an allocation, then decide how many points to give or take.
Start and stop tapping
