1 Dear Noor,
We are looking forward to your internship in our hotel kitchen. Unfortunately, I have to tell you about a change. Our kitchen will be closed for repairs in the first week of March, so you cannot start on Monday 3 March. Can you start one week later, on Monday 10 March? Your internship will still be ten weeks long, so it ends one week later too.
2 Your room in the shared flat will be ready from Saturday 8 March. If you have already booked a flight for an earlier day, please send me the details. The hotel will pay for the change.
3 Please let me know before Friday if the new date is fine for you.
