AMN Talentscan personality: example
In the AMN Talentscan, after the aptitude parts, you respond to statements about yourself, for example about stability, extraversion, conscientiousness, openness and motivation. You choose how well a sentence fits you; if you do not understand a sentence, you choose "I do not understand this sentence". Below are our own sample statements with such a scale. Nothing is stored and there is no score.
I finish a task, even when it becomes boring.
At a party I find it easy to talk to people I do not know.
I help a colleague, even when I am busy myself.
I do not panic easily when something goes wrong.
I like to try a new way of working.
I plan my week ahead.
I want to learn something because it interests me, not just for a grade.
I stay calm when someone is angry with me.
Tips
- There are no right or wrong answers: answer honestly and quickly.
- Think of how you usually are, at school, at work or at home, not of one exception.
- Do not always choose the middle or always the extremes; that says little about you.
- If you really do not understand a sentence, use the option for that instead of guessing.
